This bespoke three-day program brings together a select cohort of CEOs, founders, and senior executives to examine the forces reshaping our world: the rise of AI, the tension between innovation and inclusion, the demand for resilience in an era of compounding crises, and the urgent need to rebuild public trust.
Led by the Gates Cambridge Trust and the Intellectual Forum at Jesus College, Cambridge, the program offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with distinguished Cambridge faculty, industry experts, and Gates Cambridge Scholars.

Participants will also connect with some of Cambridge’s most innovative founders and entrepreneurs driving frontier AI and tech ventures.
